Dr. Saner is a highly accomplished engineering and supply chain management professional. He brings with him an impressive educational background that includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an MBA, a master’s in project management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. 

With over 20 years of experience working in various management levels of Fortune 500 companies, Dr. Saner also spent 10 years as a US Civil Servant for the United States Medical Command. During his tenure at Boeing, he oversaw the operations of engineering, procurement, and manufacturing of 18 manufacturing business units globally. As an Army Combat Engineering Officer, Dr. Saner served on active duty and in the reserves and was responsible for managing military aviation and civilian assets worth over $300M in Bosnia. He successfully oversaw the peaceful transition of a base to the local government. As a military transition team leader, he was responsible for energy infrastructure, economic, and civil development, as well as combat operations for an Iraq brigade. 

Dr. Saner was also the Chairman of the board for 10 years for a non-profit organization partnering with public and private entities to enhance access to dental healthcare for underserved populations. Dr. Saner's expertise lies in strategic planning, lean manufacturing, and business operations, project management, economic development, and stakeholder management. He is passionate about utilizing his skills and knowledge to create efficient and effective supply chains that can benefit organizations and their stakeholders.  

Michael Truelove specializes in renewable energy and engineering procurement construction. With over 13 years of experience working in various renewable energy companies and EPCs, Michael brings expertise in developing solar projects of over 1,700 MW, wind projects of 500 MW, and battery storage projects of over 500 MW. Prior to joining the private sector. 

Michael spent 30 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Colonel in the Military Police Corps. He is an expert in developing standard operating procedures and has vast experience in building teams, driving project engineering, and overseeing project construction. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology and a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Emporia State University in Emporia, KS  

Angel is a military spouse of a combat Veteran (Operation Enduring Freedom).  She brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in assisting clients with their financial needs.
